Israel should tell the ICJ to F**K Off. The ICJ, like the UN is a useless drain of resources at best. Perhaps an overhaul could make them both worth while again. But at present they're a joke.

A rule revision should limit membership of the UN and the ICJ to countries that have elected leaders and more than one party on the ticket. It's tiresome to witness thugocracies lecturing Israel about anything.

Putting the fence up was very smart on Israel's part.
